This was something I actually watched. Or should I say I have watched it more than once, but this last time I thought of trying to capture it in writing. I am always impressed with the kindness of the people of Detroit, and not just in how they treat dogs and cats, but in the way they look out for anyone in need. I have watched guys wait for hours to give someone ride, use their short breaks to help someone they barely know, and spend their meager pay to make sure someone else has a lunch to eat. This is not the Detroit you see in the press.
