While doing some work around the house this morning I had an epiphany; cats are like a two year old.
They are not babies… the are much more independent. They are always watching and learning. You are pretty sure they could tell you more if they could only knew more words. They seem to find the one thing you really don’t want them to and never stop exploring (Honestly we have already pulled both the toddler and cat out of the linen closet this weekend and it is still Saturday).
They want to sit on your lap when you are trying to do something, but want nothing to do with you when you want to play. They both seem to like to knock things on the floor, shred paper, play in boxes and can be smelly to clean up after them.
They are also adorable to watch sleep, fun to cuddle with and completely worth the time and effort.
